1. Sovereignty Fee & Licensing
AthleticOS provides a Logic Subscription and Bespoke Customization services. The initial Sovereignty Fee covers the deployment of your customized stateless logic into your infrastructure. Due to the proprietary nature of this build and the immediate transfer of logic into your environment, the Sovereignty Fee is non-refundable once the logic is deployed.
2. Bespoke Logic IP
Your active Logic Subscription ensures that your bespoke customization is protected and updated alongside all future platform releases. You retain full ownership of the custom-built workflows deployed within your institutional environment.
3. Affiliate Snapshot Protocol
The GHL Institutional Suite utilizes pre-built snapshots within the hosting environment. Access to this environment is provided via an affiliate relationship. The institution is subject to the separate terms of service and privacy policies of the hosting environment for any data processed or stored within the Partner Portal.
4. Data Sovereignty Guarantee & Anti-Enclosure Clause
While Institutional Records (including rosters and competitive data) remain completely sovereign, stateless, and are never retained on our servers, AthleticOS requires a mandatory legal opt-in for all administrative users (including Coaches, Athletic Directors, and League Representatives) prior to accessing the system. By utilizing the 'Operational Utility' and logging into the platform, administrators consent to receive operational communications and platform training. Administrators acknowledge and agree that their basic Personally Identifiable Information (PII)—specifically names, email addresses, and institutional roles—is actively synced and maintained within our internal CRM utility. This contact information will be utilized by Bayer Media Services and its integrated brands strictly to facilitate onboarding, deliver essential service-related offerings, and ensure operational continuity.
